Watergate Salad

2 3.4 oz. pkgs. Jello Instant Pistachio Pudding and Pie Filling
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 cups colored miniature marshmallows
1 8 oz. container Cool Whip thawed

Mix pistachio pudding mix and marshmallows in large bowl. Add and blend in pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip. Turn into serving bowl and chill (covered) for several hours. May be made several days in advance and kept refrigerated.

 

 

 

 

We had this at our Christmas Party and it was GREAT!

Lime Jello Salad

1 sm. pkg. Lime Jello
1 cup hot water
1 cup 7-up
1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 cup of chopped pecans

Soften cream cheese with 7-up. Mix Jello with hot water and let thicken in refrigerater just until it starts to set on top. Whip cream cheese into Jello, add pineapple and nuts and chill.
