Dips



Spinach Dip

One 16oz container of sour cream
One package of Hidden Valley Ranch Party Dip
One small package of frozen spinach
One small can (3-4) artichokes

In a medium to large bowl, mix sour cream and party dip. Depending on how chunky you like the dip, chop the artichokes by knife or in a mixer/chopper. (We have a small food processor, so we usually chop them pretty fine, but for the party, I cut them with a knife.) Throw them in the dip mix. Lastly, thaw your spinach and drain, then throw that in the mix, too. Draining is key, and I usually press it pretty firmly to rid of excess water. Stir dip and then keep refrigerated until ready to serve. I've had this served with the Hawaiian bread (cut into small squares), various kinds of crackers, Tostitos chips, Fritos, or the little garlic bread rounds from the HEB bakery. All delicious!
