The water gardeners version of the elephant ear. Grows well in moist soil and up to 6" of water over the pot. Comes in a number of varieties but the violet stemmed is a very good selection for our area (zone 8). Variegated, Metallica, Black Magic, Green and Dwarf Green are some of the varieties.
